Submission Guidelines

• Deadline: June 15, 2025
• Abstract Fields:
  • Title: Max. 200 characters (including spaces)
  • Authors: Format: Gilliams W, Hu X, and Vogl B (underline presenting author)
  • Abstract: Max. 1750 characters (including spaces)
  • Presentation Type: Check box for oral/poster/pitch
• Session Selection: Choose your preferred session:
  • 1. Phage lysins
  • 2. Phage tail fibers and spikes
  • 3. Other phage proteins
• Notification to Authors: June 30, 2025 (announcement of accepted oral/poster/pitch presentations)

Grants & Awards

• We offer two grants for free participation to international junior scientists from low- and middle-income countries. Check eligibility based on the World Bank classification (2024-2025) .
• Best Presentation Awards: Prizes for the best poster and best 3-min pitch talk, selected by a dedicated jury.

Additional Information

• All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee.
• Accepted presenters will receive further instructions in due time.
• No refund policy: In case of cancellation, refunds will not be issued.
• Abstract acceptance does not include free registration. Presenters must arrange travel, accommodation, and conference fees.
